I've written this program for my own amusment. I hope you like it too, and if so, please drop me a line and let me know what you've done with it, or how you used to it to pwn ur buddy, or feedback on what would make CCMathHammer better.

Tips are always appreciated!

What is it?

CCMathHammer is a small Java program that will compute the probabilities of a give Warhammer 40k Close Combat round, based on the unit information that you provide to it. It's particularly useful for choppy armies like Orks (what I play) or the Tyranid, though it can be used for anyone.

CCMathHammer takes into account initiave, assault and the following special conditions:

If I'm missing some important condition, send me an email and I'll see about adding it.

Output is provided in highly details descriptive text, so you can mine that for information on how you attack or defense might be improved. For instance, if you're field Ork Nobs vis Terminators with Power Fists in CC, you can easily compare your victory chance with, and without the cybork 5+ INV save.
